The Lost Jedi

Lost Jedi: Rial Shif

A glitch in the force, Rial Shif (Alistair Reith) is a Jedi Knight of the highest capability but troubled with bouts of darkness and anger. His gruff exterior hides an honourable and honest Jedi but his manner found him at odds with many in the Jedi Order. He chose the path of Jedi Ronin, wandering the space lanes and bringing the path of the Jedi to the darkest recesses of the universe. His movements go unreported and undirected, Master Yoda and Windu trusting his innate judgment implicitly. With the onset of Order 66, no evidence of Shif existed in the archives – a secret that Yoda and Windu would take to their respective paths. His mission becomes a new one. The identification and protection of Lost Jedi and the reinstatement of the Jedi Order. Incredibly powerful with enormous psychokinetic powers as well as a cool and efficient capacity for dispatching his enemies, Shif is the closest thing to a Dark Jedi without having tipped irrevocably over the edge.

You may recognise Alistair Reith as the basis for our disreputable, hard boiled partner to Moon in BTB’s flagship title. He just looks right as a hard bitten, gruff warrior on the edge of the cause he’s fighting for. An, quite frankly, he’d agree with us.

Lost Jedi: Padawan Man El Perio

Man El Perio (Alan Mandel Butler) is a reliable and serious minded Padawan. While at times easily distracted when focussed on things less relevant to the immediate cause, Man El Perio focusses like a laser on the subject at hand when the situation requires it. During a Jedi incursion on a Separatist Communication Junker in Deep Space, Man El Perio is sent into the recesses of the hulk to identify the communications array and disable it. While hidden in the confined spaces of the cable ducts, the Clone Troopers turn on their Jedi Generals. Man El Perio is trapped and forced to watch as his Master and fellow Jedi are slaughtered. With the fall of the last Jedi, only three Clone Troopers remain. However, a vengeful Separatist Security Droid is haunting the halls too – looking for someone to blame for the destruction of his deep space home. Its a matter of who finish who off first – Man El Perio’s only advantage – they don’t know he’s there…. yet.

Lost Jedi: Coruscant

Jedi Master Pesco Oldbar

Jedi Master Pesco Oldbar is a seer and a true commander of the force. Present at the Temple in Coruscant as sage advisor to even the most prominent Jedi she acts as councillor. With the attack on the Temple, her only concern is the safety of the Padawan. While she is unable to save all of them, she manages to help some escape, thanks in part to the bravery of other Jedi as they try to facilitate their departure.

Jedi Archivist Downa Di Evlo

Never to be dismissed merely as an archivist, Downa Di Evlo’s knowledge of the inner defenses of the Jedi Temple allow her to defend the Hall of Knowledge and Jedi Padawan passing through. Thanks to occassional tutelage by Jedi Master Ca De Nas, Windu and Govija Kaoli she proves a dab hand with a lightsabre too.

Jedi Knight Jan Pa Pek

Jan Pa Pek is the first to try to stop Anakin Skywalker as ploughs through the Temple but not the first to fall before him. His fury at Anakin overwhelms his Jedi calm brefily which momentarily gives Anakin pause.

Jedi Knight Tomos Seers

Jedi Knight Tomos Seers is Jan Pa Pek’s partner in all missions. Having trained together since Padawan stage, the two of them have an intuitive sense of what the other will do in battle. Their combined fury halts Anakin Skywalker and the Clone army briefly, long enough for the more defenceless Jedi to slip through the cordon.

Padawan Freya

Padawan Freya is trapped in the Coruscant Temple and is only freed by Ca De Nas during his battle with Anakin Skywalker. Aided, unwillingly, towards escape, Freya attempts at every turn to help but is overwhelmed with the violence, destruction and brutality around her as the battle continues. Regardless of her condition if she escapes, she will carry the scars of the day in the Coruscant Temple for the rest of her life.

Lost Jedi: The Clawing Legion

Based on characters and actors from the Star Wars Exhibition in London in 2007, the Lost Jedi is an epic tale featuring unknown Jedi and Imperialist forces as well as some well known faces (Darth Sidious, Vader and Jedi Master Yoda are all featured in the collection). Collected here are the developed character designs and intended basic plot lines for the Lost Jedi. The Lost Jedi is a non-profit fan project based on Star Wars.

The first specialist, non-clone forces chosen to wear Imperial armour, each is handed an entire unit of specialist Clone Troopers and sent out into the galaxy to locate and destroy any remaining pockets of resistance – and specifically, Jedi. Specialists in various fields they are each chosen on the merit (or demerit) of their past. With nothing to lose – facing death sentences in each of their respective systems – this is their final reprieve. Do or die. Between them they are responsible for more than 12 Jedi kills during the course of the Lost Jedi. However, not without enormous losses, including their own lives. Only one member of Clawing Legion makes it to the Barren Moon for the final showdown. But which?
